Job Summary
- Smart Front Office Assistant to handle Telephones / EPABX, visitors, appointments, Task Diaries.
- Providing secretarial assistance to executives.
- Support in data entry, dispatching, filing, mailing, housekeeping etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be pleasant, amiable, people friendly, good at communication.
- Be very systematic & organized.
- Must be fluent in English & Gujarati/Hindi and excellent at MS Office.
- Expect tough screening.
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Education:
- UG: Any specialization
- PG: Any specialization
Benefits
- Salary: INR 70,000 to 1, 25,000 P.A. with a monthly incremented plan. Additional incentives based on performance admissible.
- Salary shall be determined in this range depending upon the quality of experience and test score. Those willing to put in additional hours may expect ad-hoc rise.
- Subsidized boarding, lodging, and local transport can be provided. A few months later, option to shift to upcoming residential campus will also be available.
- Suitable, separate employment options may be considered for spouses.
