Job Description:

Greet the patient & attendant according to the hour of the day
Coordinating with the patients relative, IPD / OPD billing ( Admission, Discharge, Deposit collection)
Display warmth & care in patient interaction
Take call from internal & external
Ready to do any other duties assigned by the reporting manager
Coordinate with other department to make smooth and error free billing
Guide the patient to the appropriate department for tests.
In addition to receiving of patients, attending phone calls and answering queries of patients and patient parties.
Coordinating with different departments as and when required.

Key Skills:

Good Communication Skill, basic Computer knowledge.
Should have positive learning attitude.
Prior experience from hospitals would be given preference.
