Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping proficient in any of 2 languages - English/Kannada/Hindi (oral and written)
- knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge on Social Media like Facebook,Twitter,Whats App.
- Knowledge on Photo editing, emailing and posting ads.
- Experience letter for minimum work experience of 6 Months.
- 10-15% salary hike soon after 3 months of joining, based of performance.
- 2 Lakh rupees medical insurance.
- Split Bonus once in 6 Months.
- Learning oppurtunity and free trainings on current technologies.
- 2- 5% Profit share for the 1st Year of business.
- Team outing once in 3 months
