• Need to have excellent communication skills.
  
• Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
  
• Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
  
• Coordination with the Sales team to completed dentist empanelment and registrations
  
• Maintaining attendance records and coordinating visitor’s requests
  
• Coordination with the logistics team for dispatching required brochures/policies/bulletins
  
• Receive, inform, guide visitors including coordination with employees
  
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
  
• Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of OCARE Corp.
  
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities
  
• Provide assistance to the Help Desk as required
  
• Need to book tickets and make reservations for traveling and other bookings.
  
• To act as a back-up to Help Desk in case of emergency / requirement
  
• Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines/ brochures and (Client) directory signatures.
  
• Assist in utilization of conference rooms
  
• Coordinate with Facility team for event management

Experience 1-4 years
