Job Description
- Maintain front office desk.
- Response to call and provide resolution.
- To ensure back office daily attendance and share with HO.
- To prepare manpower shortage report.
- To guide all visitors. Maintain a record of all visitors.
- Maintain a record of issue and receipt of uniforms/shoes.
- Maintain a record of all service related material IN/Out.
- To ensure 100% availability of asset like EPABX, internet, UPS etc. Coordination with all vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for new SIM card /Data cards /
- Maintain the Telephone bills & records.
- Coordinate with IT vendor for Back office / Sites.
- To ensure office is cleaned regularly.
- Take a list of HK, Grocery and stationery requirement for users and prepare a consolidated list every month. Procure all items and record their consumption.
- Ensure upkeep of offices premises.
