Front Office Executive
Job Description
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Confirm appointments and meeting over the call
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment
- Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.
Requirement
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
· The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
· Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
· Should have good Organizational skills
· The candidate should process Strong customer service skills
· The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.
Salary Structure
· The salary range will be between 6k to 10k per month.
