Job Description

We are looking for candidates for the post of Front Office Executive, with good communication skills (Verbal and Written) with presentable personality and has basic computer knowledge (MS-Office) and are punctual in nature.
Preferably a candidate who can join immediately or within 4-5 days.
Designation: Front Office Executive Receptionist
Qualification: Any Non BE Graduates from any stream.
Shift: General shifts (09:00 AM-06:00 PM)

Job Role:

First preference will be given to only Female
Candidates with fluency in English, Hindi and Local Languages (Kannada, Tulu),
Handling Front Desk activities (Day to Day), Managing Incoming , Outgoing & Conference calls, Managing incoming visitors and vendors, Coordinating with the Admin, HR, Accounts and other departments on regular basis.
Applicants with over/higher qualifications will not be considered.
