Job Description
FOE will be the first point of contact for a Hotel. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Hotel. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, Booking rooms for guest using the booking software, handle OTA's.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Hotel
- Room Bookings (Checkin) to be done using the booking software
- Collect ID proof and payment from the guest
- Generate Invoice copy during check out
- Perform all given responsibilities of Front Office Executive
