Designation : Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Handling Front Desk and Co-ordination.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Be able to stay objective vis--vis its personality and the organization.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Assisting Clients in finding the concerned person.
  • Give the image of a friendly and concerned person.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
