Role: Full Stack Developer (Internship)
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Duration: 3–6 months
What You’ll Work On:
- Building scalable and interactive web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
- Designing and managing backend services with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI features into our product.
- Collaborating with the core team to develop AI-driven recruitment workflows.
- Working on real-world challenges in candidate evaluation, AI interviews, and recommendation systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs / Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, or similar).
- Understanding of REST APIs and scalable system design.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or fine-tuning LLMs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation pipelines.
