About the Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who loves building scalable backend systems, setting up cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines. If you're passionate about Django, DevOps, and AWS and enjoy making applications efficient, secure, and highly available, this role is for you!
While you’ll work across the full stack, your focus will be more on the backend and DevOps side, ensuring our applications run smoothly in the cloud. You’ll also help integrate Python-based deep learning models into a robust, production-ready system.
Job Overview
A Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. They work across the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and databases using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or .NET.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for front-end applications.
2. Database & API Development
- Design, develop, and maintain relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end applications.
- Optimize database queries and performance.
3. System Architecture & Deployment
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting, storage, and serverless computing.
- Ensure proper version control using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
4. Testing & Debugging
- Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across front-end and back-end components.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices.
5. Security & Performance Optimization
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
- Protect applications from security threats (e.g., SQL injection, XSS, CSRF).
- Optimize application performance, including front-end load times and back-end processing.
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
