Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of ERP solution
- Perform Requirement Gathering sessions
- Documentation of customer requirement as Minutes of Meetings per standard format
- Interact with end users and managers regarding business process requirements
- Support end users
- Ability to handle end user queries related to product features etc.
- Change Requests
- Version upgrades & continuous improvement requirements of a client
- Interaction with internal & external teams for new functionalities of the product.
- Conducting user training at various client locations.
- Design Solution document for developing Add-ons and Crystal Reports.
- Ability to understand the ERP-product and map client requirements with the product features.
- Project related documentation like preparation of SRS, Solution Design Document, Technical Document, Test Cases and sign-offs.
- Customer Service orientation attitude.
