Game Master for a fun filled Escape Game Center Jobs in Bangalore - Riddle Race

Role

Game Master - The Game Master leads the entire room escape game! We are looking for someone with experience in direct interaction with customers and with extreme patience, politeness and dedication to customer experience. As a game master, you are a storyteller, entertainer, advisor, actor and problem solver. You will work in our game rooms and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for charismatic, quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most importantly, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.

Work Requirement

• Weekdays: 11:00am – 9:30pm
  
• Weekends: 10:30am – 10:00pm
  

Qualifications

• Solid Verbal and Written communication skills
  
• Diligent and Detail oriented with ability to multitask
  
• Likes interacting with people, high energy, friendly and social
• Interest in logic related puzzles/games 
• Comfortable utilizing computers to monitor game play
• Presentable appearance
• Articulate with Great interpersonal skills
• Interest/aptitude to work on installing, modifying and testing game rooms a plus
• Experience controlling and supervising public groups, including school-age kids. 
• Must have a good eye for design. Designing posters, social media ads, game room design, etc
• Experience working in a retail is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experience by greeting guests, explaining game play rules, answering questions, etc. Responsibility to ensure that guests have an end-to-end positive and fun experience
• Acquire a detailed knowledge of featured games and story lines
• Conduct consistent reviews of game rooms before and after use to ensure the placement of props and relevant mechanical features are activated prior to game play – Completing speedy room reset before starting next game
• Assist with designing, creating and implementing new game prototypes and installations
• Monitoring active game play and providing assistance to guests by providing thoughtful hints and clues
• Manage Phone bookings, Online bookings and walk in guests to avoid collision of bookings.
• Assist the Branch & Shift Leaders with any additional duties related to corporate event planning, customer follow-ups, set-up and clean-up for planned social/corporate events
• Helps to maintain the overall clean appearance in the branch location
• Social Media Management including trip advisor, Facebook, blog etc.

BONUS: demonstrable experience in customer service. You also get extra brownie points if you are handy person who can fix things with whatever you have available (props might break!).

SUPER BONUS: you love games and want to help building / fixing stuff and you have electronics or coding knowledge.
