Experience : The officer should be SG IRSME officer with minimum 19 years of Group 'A' service or NFSAG/SAG IRSME officer. The officer should have adequate experience of working in Railway, Diesel and UM Depots/ Workshops/PUs. Experience of working in Quality Assurance (OA)/ Inspection in PUs/RDSO shall be preferred The officer should have also functioned as independent in-charge of a unit (Shed/Division/Office). He should have soft skills like communication skills & expression ability to engage with clients, basic understanding of finance.
