Qualification : He / She must have obtained bachelor degree in Science (PCM/CBZ) (with two School Subjects) from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) along with a degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) from a institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.

TGT Arts

Qualification : He / She must have obtained bachelor degree in Arts / Commerce with two School subjects) from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/ PH/OBC/SEBC Candidates) along with a degree in bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) from a institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.

Classical Teacher (Sanskrit)

Qualification : Bachelors Degree with Sanskrit as one of the optional / lions subject from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) with Sikshaya Shastri (Sanskrit) (a course prescribed by NCTE( from a recognized university / institution recognized by NOTE and affiliated to a recognized university or Shastri (Sanskrit) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) from recognized university and Sikshaya Shastri (Sanskrit) (a course prescribed by NCTE) from a recognized university / institution recognised by NOTE and affiliated to a recognized university. OR Acharya (Except Jyotishacharya and Ayurvedachatya) or Sahityachazya with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Qualification : Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with Hindi as one of the elective subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates)or with Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachat Samiti Wardha or with Sastri from Orissa Rastrabhasa Parisada, Puri or with Snataka (Acquired by june -2005, the 0 date up to which the temporary recognized has been granted ) from Hindi Sikshaya Samit, Orissa, Cuttack or an equivalent degree from a recognized institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) and Hindi Sikshyan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra/ B. H. Ed. Hindi (a course prescribed by NCTE) from a institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university /B.Ed in Hindi (a course prescribed by NCTE) from 'Dakhin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Madras, Institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university. OR Bachelor's degree with Hindi as one of the optional/ Hons Subject with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/013C/SEBC candidates) and M.A in Hindi with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

Qualification : +2 or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) and CPED from recognised Board/university. OR Degree /post Graduate Degree in Physical Education i.e B.P.Ed /M.P.Ed a (Course prescribed by NCTE) from a recognized University / Institution. The B.Ed / B.H.Ed / Sikshya Sashtri candidates should have registered their names either in the employment Bureau located at Vanivihar Bhubaneswar/ Jyoti Vihar, Sambalpur / Bhanja Vihar, Berhampur / OUAT, Bhubaneswar or in the State Employment Exchange, Bhubaneswar or at in any district Employment exchange. The candidates for PET / Classical / Hindi teachers should have registered their names in the employment exchange locality in the concerned Revenue District which he/she belongs to state Employment Exchange
