Qualification : For Sr. Medical Officer :  a) First preference should be given to candidate with MD in Medicine or any other clinical discipline. OR b) Candidate with MBBS+ Diploma in Clinical Discipline having minimum three years experience can be considered. OR c) Candidate with MBBS+ Fellowship in HIV Medicine/Diploma in Public Health having 3 years of Experience can be considered. For Data Manager : Graduate (Preferably with commerce background) with diploma in computer applications (from a recognized institute or university) or '0' Level course from DOEACC.Experience Required : 1. Preference to be given to a candidate having experience in data compile, data analysis, data processing.  For "Counsellor" ( Blood Bank / ICTC / STI) : a) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology/ Human Development / Nursing; with minimum 1 year experience after PG degree / diploma, of working in field of counselling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. Or b) Graduate in Psychology / Social World Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing; with minimum 3 years experience after graduation, of working in field of counselling in health sector, preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of STI / RTI and HIV/AIDS. Other experience required I) Working knowledge of computer. For  "MT Lab. Technician" ( ICTC) : a) Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B. Sc), with minimum 1 year experience after Graduation.  Or b) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT). with minimum 2 years experience after diploma.
