Job Description

REQUIREMENT OF GP RATING FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCE FOR OUR MANAGEMENT VESSELS
TR.OS AND TR WIPER FRESHER OR SAILING EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFFERED
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW IN OUR MUMBAI OFFICE.

Duties:

Deck operations: Cleaning and maintaining decks, mooring and anchoring the ship, and performing routine maintenance on deck equipment

Engine room operations: Lubricating equipment, cleaning engine parts, and assisting engineers with their duties

Cargo handling: Handling cargo on board the ship

Maintenance: Performing maintenance work on deck and in the engine room

Career progression

With further sea service, GP Rating candidates can be promoted to positions like Motorman/Oil man, Fitter, Deck serang, Able-Bodied Seamen, and Bosun

With further education, they can advance to officer ranks like Second Officer, Chief Officer, and Captain
