Qualification : 1. B.Sc.(Agri.) Degree and above from a recognised University. 2. Working Knowledge of Mizo language with at least Middle School Standard 3. Computer Proficiency as prescribed by the Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment(Amendment) Rules, 2016 notified vide No.A.11013/1/2013- P&AR(GSW) dated 29.09.2016 & 16.12.2016. dated 12.7.1991 has appointed Pu M.Lalmanzuala IAS to be a first Member
of the Commission and he joined on 15.7.1991.
