Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Design and develop new systems, processes, and equipment to ensure manufacturing is efficient and effective.

 Investigate and analyze problems and devise solutions that save money, time, and materials.

 Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.

 Maximize productivity on the job by developing and implementing innovative production processes for new and existing products.

 Reduce production cost.

 Identify and address all issues that arose in a quick and efficient manner to ensure minimal interruptions of work.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 ME / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Production

 Experience: 0-1 yr. experience in an engineering discipline.

 Hands on experience in MS Office, CAD/CAM Software.

Competency Required:

 Ready to work in shift.

 Knowledge of manufacturing process that helps identify problems, implement solutions, and design efficient equipment and processes.

 Excellent communication skills to achieve project expectations.

 Strong time management skills that are useful for creating schedules and completing work in a timely and organized manner.

 Multi-tasker who can handle numerous responsibilities at ones.

Physical Requirements:

 No onsite travelling required. 100% office work
