About Industree Crafts Foundation
Established in 2000, Industree Foundation (IF) holistically tackles the root causes of poverty by creating an ownership-based and organized creative manufacturing ecosystem for micro-entrepreneurs. IF's comprehensive approach helps communities assess their traditional skill base, organize them into production units, develop products that appeal to modern markets, and create consistent demand to create sustainable businesses at the lowest possible costs. Our approach has tripled the incomes of artisans in non-farming occupations by leveraging their artisanal skills and integrating them into the creative industries sector.
Industree Foundation believes that if the poor have access to sustained and consistent demand for the products & services and are provided with an enabling ecosystem, they can integrate into the formal economy and lift themselves out of poverty. IF has reached 30,000 women artisans across India and Africa, through collaborative efforts with different organizations.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and design print and digital materials
2. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
3. Retouch and manipulate images
4. Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
5. Collaborate with the senior associate, communication, and graphic designer, develop design concepts
6. Receive feedback from the senior associate, communication, and graphic designer and make necessary changes
7. Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per design).
