Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the analytical team by creating emailers utilized in multiple variations of transactional and sales campaigns
2. Balance creativity and strategic thinking while demonstrating an ability to create visually compelling and highly engaging email campaigns
3. Understand how the design translates into an effective email campaign
4. Understand and maintain brand identities and their nuances across campaigns
5. Understand best email marketing practices (e.g. CAN-SPAM rules)
6. Design a responsive mobile, tablet, desktop, and web client emails
7. Improve performance in new or existing campaigns
8. Research and develop innovations in email design
9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
10. Communicate proactively to confirm requirements, timelines, and status on work requests
