Job Description
Graphic Design
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make YouTube thumbnails for the official YouTube channel of one of India's largest OTT platforms
2. Identify frames from any movie/video that triggers human emotions like fear, disgust, anger, pain, love, and surprise and can amplify them on a thumbnail using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or any image development/editing tools
3. Deliver 120 to 180 thumbnails in a month on the timeline given by the channel manager
4. Deliver 20 visual story sets/carousels in 1:1 or 9:16 formats as asked or directed by the channel manager each month
5. Analyze the developed thumbnails and rank them from top CTR% to bottom, eliminate the weak performing formats, and categorize top-performing design/formats under each category of videos being published
6. Keep your learnings listed and update our existing playbook of thumbnail design
7. Communicate with clients to understand the requirements and feedback and get approvals on designs

3. are available for a duration of 3 months

Other requirements
1. Knowledge of ethical clickbait techniques
2. Should have software knowledge
3. Should have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
