Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Proficient in using WordPress for website development and maintenance.
3. Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with the brand identity.
4. Posting & formatting blogs on WordPress & LinkedIn.
5. Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design for marketing collateral, social media, and other materials.
6. Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms.
7. Other design-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Other requirements
MUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS:
Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to create visually pleasing and effective layouts for various media.
Familiarity with designing for the web and knowledge of basic web design principles.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
Basic skills in editing videos.
Understanding design requirements for various social media platforms.
Familiarity with platforms like Figma.
SOFT-SKILLS:
The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
Being flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Pursuing education/qualification in visual communication.
Experience with design software like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Basic knowledge of Wordpress.
Ability to work well within a team.
Time management skills.
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Capacity to analyze design challenges and come up with effective solutions.
