Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design Creation: Assist in the creation of visual assets for various projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and website elements.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to the overall creative process. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with branding and messaging guidelines.

3. Concept Development: Contribute to the development of design concepts and participate in design reviews to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

4. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.

5. Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback to enhance design quality and achieve project goals.

6. Learning and Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow as a designer, taking advantage of mentorship and training opportunities.
