Job Description
- As a Data Analyst/Scientist/Engineer, you will be solving complex customer insight requirements using innovative tools and techniques.
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to talk data at all levels of the business.
- More so, you will have a passion for data and its use in telling a story.
- With an engineering mindset, you must be confident in working across the entire project life cycle, with the ability to gather requirements from clients/management, turn these into scalable coding engines, analyze the data and produce world-class reports and presentations for the customers/clients.
- The Data Scientist job role covers a number of different core competencies, the candidate should be able to perform some or most of the following:

- To shape and develop a data analytics brief for clients.
- Organise and manipulate big data across many sources to shape the underlying information required to address complex problems.
- Manage raw data effectively: importing, cleansing, transforming and organizing for onward analytical purposes.
- Utilise univariate and multivariate data exploration to develop statistical analysis within tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python or similar plus in the future anticipated modeling within artificial intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with data administration and data quality personnel to ensure data is stored securely and is robust both in terms of architecture, completeness, and quality.
- Ensure that all data acquisitions, matches and analyses are handled properly as data security is paramount.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences across our company.
- Share technical and professional expertise with other members of the team as part of internal R&D.
- Build well-maintained models of customer behavior.
