Graphic Designer
Job Description
Location: On-Site, Gurgaon
Experience: 2-4 years (D2C or E-commerce preferred)
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our customers and strengthen our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to design creatives for social media, website, ads, campaigns, packaging, and more.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Visuals: Create designs aligned with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and storytelling.
Marketing Collaterals: Design creatives for social media posts, ads, emailers, website banners, and campaigns.
Product & Packaging: Work on packaging design and product-related creatives that enhance customer experience.
Campaigns & Launches: Conceptualize and design assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, and promotions.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver design requirements on time.
Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with design and D2C trends to bring fresh ideas.
Video & Motion (Bonus): Basic knowledge of video editing, reels, or motion graphics is a plus.
2–4 years of design experience (preferably in D2C/E-commerce/startup).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and branding work.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
Video editing/motion design skills (preferred but not mandatory).
