Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate the brand’s message effectively across various platforms including print, digital, social media, and advertising. This role requires an eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce creative assets that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation & Development
-
Conceptualize and create graphic designs for marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, packaging, and other media.

Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts based on project requirements.

Work on branding projects including logo design, brand guidelines, and corporate identity.

Adapt designs for different formats such as digital screens, print media, banners, and merchandise.
2. Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and requirements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.

Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
3. Project Management
-
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Review and proof designs before final production or publication to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other vendors as needed.
4. Brand Consistency

Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and standards.

Maintain consistency of visual elements across all marketing and communication channels.

Update and maintain design templates and asset libraries for use by the team.
5. Software & Technology Use

Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools proficiently.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Explore and implement innovative design solutions to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Figma, or CorelDRAW.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Basic knowledge of video editing or animation is a plus.
