Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong command of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a solid understanding of visual design principles and typography. Hindi typing is a mandatory skill for this position. The candidate must be soft-spoken and polite in client interactions, as client communication will be a regular part of the role.
Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in print and digital design, branding, social media creatives, and layout design. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects and grow within a dynamic, creative team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Creative Development

Design high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms including brochures, banners, flyers, logos, social media posts, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.

Develop design layouts using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator based on project requirements.

Create visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies.

Modify, revise, and edit designs as per feedback and client direction.
2. Client Interaction and Coordination

Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.

Present design ideas clearly and make adjustments based on client feedback.

Maintain a calm, respectful, and soft-spoken approach while dealing with clients at all times.

Ensure timely delivery of work while maintaining a positive client relationship.
3. Hindi Typing and Language Handling

Design creatives that involve Hindi content, ensuring proper fonts, alignment, and linguistic accuracy.

Work with Hindi scripts in both CorelDRAW and Adobe software effectively.

Ensure consistency and readability of Hindi typography across different media.
4. File Management and Quality Control

Ensure that all final designs are print-ready or digital-ready as per the required format.

Maintain organized design files and archives for easy retrieval and future use.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free final output before delivery.
5. Team Collaboration
-
Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and sales teams to meet project goals.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve campaign visuals.

Coordinate with printers or third-party vendors for production when necessary.
Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).

Software Proficiency:

CorelDRAW – Advanced level

Adobe Photoshop – Advanced level

Adobe Illustrator – Intermediate to Advanced level
