Job Description

We are looking for a graphic designer who can work with the team for fast and quality delivery of graphics for social media, blogs, websites, eBooks, documents, product labels, logos, merchandise, etc.
Ideal tools would be Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
If you can communicate well either in English/Hindi/Punjabi and work collaboratively as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

Preferably 1+ year of experience. Freshers may also apply but must be willing to put extra effort into their training.
A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills in either of the languages - English/Hindi/Punjabi
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
No preference of qualification - but must be able to work from office
