Job Title: Graphic Designer - Social Media
Location: Gurgaon

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – For our social media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and posting content across digital platforms, helping us build a strong, consistent, and visually appealing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Content Creation:
● Design visually engaging posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and highlights for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
● Create monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
● Develop social-first content formats such as carousels, product showcases, and promotional creatives
● Write captions when needed, ensuring tone is brand-consistent
Social Media Management:
● Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
● Maintain consistent posting frequency and visual language
● Keep track of design trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics
Other Design Tasks:
● Support with basic motion graphics or GIF creation for social media (preferred)
● Design website banners and marketing creatives when required.
Requirements:
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media design and content creation
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; knowledge of Figma is a plus
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, visual formats, and trends
● Good communication and time-management skills
● Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines
● Must have own laptop
Preferred Qualifications:
● Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
● Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
