We are hiring for our client ESAF Small Finance

Position: Group Loan Officer

1. Sales & Collection of Microloan Products

2. Collecting the Loans in in Sangam (Groups in field)

3. Creation & formation of the new Sangam

4. Continue Follow up & Monitoring the Sangam

5. Field cash collection and Monitoring the process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Group Loan Officer to manage and expand our microfinance lending operations by handling group loans for small businesses and individuals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to assess creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Process & Customer Acquisition

Identify and onboard potential borrowers for group loans.
Conduct field visits to assess borrowers' financial needs and repayment capacity.
Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment procedures to applicants.

2. Loan Disbursement & Collection

Assist in loan documentation, verification, and approval processes.
Ensure timely disbursement of loans and monitor proper usage.
Collect repayments on time and maintain accurate loan records.

3. Risk Assessment & Compliance

Conduct credit assessments to minimize default risks.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines for microfinance loans.
Address customer grievances and resolve repayment issues professionally.

4. Relationship Management & Reporting

Build and maintain long-term relationships with borrowers.
Regularly report loan performance, collections, and default cases to management.
Provide insights on market trends and customer needs for product improvement.
