Job Description
Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned brands/products.
Prepare annual brand plans and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor brand performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
2. Market Analysis
Conduct market research to understand market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Analyze prescription trends, sales data, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for product growth and market expansion.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
Manage product lifecycle including product launches, positioning, and growth strategies.
Plan and execute new product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
4. Promotional Activities
Design and implement promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communication.
Develop visual aids, promotional inputs, and digital marketing initiatives for field force effectiveness.
5. Field Force Engagement
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective product promotion.
Conduct training sessions for field force on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
Provide regular updates and guidance to improve field performance.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth product operations.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals for brand advocacy.
7. Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Monitor ROI of marketing activities.
