Job Summary:
The Growth Executive Sales is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through a combination of strategic outreach, client engagement, and solution-based selling. The role combines traditional sales techniques with data-driven growth tactics to identify new opportunities, generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, competitor analysis, and digital tools.

Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
2. Sales Pitch and Client Engagement:

Deliver compelling product or service presentations to prospective clients.

Tailor sales conversations to align with customer pain points and value propositions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and offering customized solutions.
3. Revenue and Target Achievement:

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
4. CRM and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Track and report key performance metrics such as conversion rate, lead-to-sale ratio, and average deal size.

Provide feedback on lead quality, product-market fit, and customer needs to the marketing and product teams.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
