Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker Jobs in Gurgaon - Hiration

We’re looking for an outstanding growth marketer to optimize and scale cost-effective growth campaigns across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• End to end planning and execution of growth initiatives across channels(SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.) in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design and Sales teams
• Follow metrics driven approach to set growth goals across planned growth initiatives
• Develop and deploy campaigns including: Channel planning, budget management, creative development, tracking, reporting, optimization, and innovation.
• Monitor day-to-day performance across multiple marketing channels
• Design and execute experiments to improve campaign performance
• Uncover growth opportunities, as well as conduct research into new initiatives
• Partner with in-house creative team to develop creative asset variations for testing and strategize with in-house engineers on automation initiatives
• Employ data analysis and insights to set goals and improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business. This includes advanced analytics to measure cross channel impact and attribution, etc.
• Focus on data, experimentation, testing and analytics to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable user growth.
• Generalize growth learnings and best-practices into a framework for future growth marketing initiatives.

Experience

• 2+ years in a growth marketing role across organic and paid channels 
• Hands on experience across essential acquisition marketing channels SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.
• Fundamental understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices
• Proven expertise in developing, executing, and measuring integrated growth campaigns
• A software engineering background is a major plus
• Experience in quantitative analysis (Excel, SQL...)
• Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
• Proven analytical and data-driven background with ability to interpret large datasets for actionable results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
