Qualifications : MSc in Food Science and Nutrition/ Home
Science (Nutrition) with NET or equivalent conducted at national level
recognized by UGC.
Desirable : Candidates with PhD in the relevant area and
experience in PG teaching are preferred.
Food Science and Technology
Qualifications : MSc/M.Tech in Food Science and Technology/
Food Technology/ Food Process Engineering/ Agriculture Process Engineering/
with NET or equivalent conducted at national level recognized by UGC.
Desirable : Candidates with PhD in the relevant area and
experience in PG teaching are preferred.
Food safety and
Quality Assurance
Qualifications: MSc in Microbiology/Applied Microbiology with PhD/NET or equivalent conducted at national level recognized by UGC.
Desirable : Candidates with PhD in the relevant area with least one year
experience of teaching food safety at post gradational level are preferred.
Honororium : Rs 1,000 per lecture (Subject to maximum of Rs.25,000/- month)
