Guest Faculty Job recruitment in University of Hyderabad
Essential Qualifications: Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grade O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject i.e. M.A. in respective foreign language from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC wherever it is applicable. The candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from NET.
Note: 1. Relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks at the Master’s level for the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe category. 2. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. degree holders who have passed their Master’s degree prior to 19th September, 1991. 3. B in the 7 point scale with the letter grade O, A, B, C, D, E & F shall be regarded as equivalent of 55% wherever the grading system is followed.
