Job Description
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures laid down for the Front Desk
- Receive and record all incoming reservations for appointments for treatments according to the standards and procedures established.
- Perform as a telephone switchboard - directing calls, take and direct messages and appointments correctly
- Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
- Check bookings; follow up call to customers.
- Cash handling as per the company policy. To make proper receipts, expense vouchers for routine center expenses.
- Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the guests
- Selling of memberships to the guests
- Seek feedback from guests about their experience
- Assist the guest with any special requests as well as complains. Refer these issues to the doctor, and use appropriate complaint handling at all times.
- Prepare confirmations the evening before for the next day’s appointment sheets for treatments
- Maintain the reception area in an effective manner
- Maintain inventory of all materials in the clinic and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage.
- Acting as a coordinator between center and head office
- Doing documentation and managing attendance of the new & existing employees
WORK HOURS: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week (Week off – Mondays)
EXPERIENCE: 0 - 5 years
EDUCATION: Any under-graduate/graduate
DEPARTMENT: Operations
Salary: Rs.10, 000 to Rs.13, 000
Other Components: Incentives up to Rs.5000 & More depending on the performance, Perks: Free therapies worth Rs.2000 per Month (not cashable)
