Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Salary: Up to ₹11,000 per month

Job Summary

Hearzap is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to support patients and visitors at our center. The role involves welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously
Handle patient queries and provide accurate information about Hearzap services
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Coordinate with audiologists and internal teams
Maintain patient records and basic documentation
Handle feedback and resolve concerns politely
Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and organized
Follow Hearzap’s service standards and protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
Pleasant personality with a caring attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in healthcare, clinic, or front-desk roles is an advantage

Skills Required

Patient handling and customer service skills
Good interpersonal communication
Attention to detail and professionalism

Working Hours

Full-time
Shift-based / Day shift (as per center requirements)
