Job Description
The candidates should be capable of handling all front office activities in a hotel. Greeting guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome, the check-in and check-out process is by assigning rooms accordingly and checking out the same, handling all types of reservations, whether online, phone, or direct, processing payments, providing necessary information about the hotel and its services, maintaining a customer database, responding to emails and messages, addressing guest complaints and requests, etc.

✅ Neat appearance, friendly attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
