Proven experience as a hair stylist or hairdresser in a unisex salon.
Proficiency in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques for all hair types.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate diverse clientele.
Knowledge of gender-neutral hairstyling trends is a plus.
