This position within the graphics team located in Bangalore is for a site team lead that is responsible for the following tasks. Being the GEO planner for the Bangalore site which requires to be in-sync with the global HW team and the HW Planning team as well as coordination of information and requirements from and to the local team POC and managers. This person is to own schedule updates and issue escalation between site and global management chains and POCs. This person will lead the HW assembly team and activities as well as the team responsible for post deployment servicing of platforms that failed in the field. This role also requires strong circuit level failure analysis skills. This role will also gatekeep communication between local managers/POC and the global Service organization.
Qualifications
The applicant should posses a Diploma and 10_ years of experience in the computer HW field. Should possess knowledge in supply chain management, should poses strong communication and presentation skills. Needs to possess strong knowledge in HW assembly and assembly line procedures. Needs to posses extensive computer hardware debug skills and motherboard soldering knowledge. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
