Job Description
Designation - Civil Judge -Junior Division
The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released the notification for the HCS Judicial Branch examination 2024. The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 174 vacancies (129 actual vacancies + 45 anticipated vacancies) of Civil Judge -Junior Division in the Cadre of Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch).
- No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge -Junior Division unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before closing date i.e. 31.01.2024. The expression 'Degree of Bachelor of Laws' means a degree entitling a candidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 , and the rules made there under. The candidates should hold the degree of bachelor of Law on or before the closing date for submission of online application form i.e. 3l.01 .2024.
CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE
EXAMINATION:
- The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission to all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Mere issue of e-Admit Card to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission. The Commission takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only after the candidate has qualified for Main Written Examination / Interview / Personality Test
