1. Position: Head – Retail Broking and Distribution
2. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA from recognized Universities, Advanced degree preferred.
3. Minimum Experience: 10 plus Years
4. CTC OFFERED: Compensation will not be limiting factor for the right candidate and will be discussed on a case by case basis.
5. Location of posting: Mumbai
6. Job specific skills Applicants should have –
a) Strong P&L holding from Retail Background
b) Be well attune towards digitization; should come with a technology mind-set and think innovatively how to use tech to launch newer products, cost optimization.
c) Strong understanding of Online and digital broking industry.
d) Excellent understanding of Indian Market and trading strategies
e) Ability to build and lead large teams with demonstrated track record of leadership skills.
f) Strong growth mind-set to lead and motivate the team in order to achieve higher market share.
g) Excellent communication & presentation skills.
h) Good existing client relationships in the market.
i) Experience in client acquisition, customer experience and product knowledge in equity market and wealth advisory.
j) Be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
