Job Description
Tele-call online and offline leads (Dial 350 calls/day, 4 hours of actual talk time/day, 9 hours of login time/day on the calling platform).
Call
potential or existing customers using pre-set scripts to explain our offerings.
Understand
customer needs, answer queries, and guide them toward the right solution.
Build
rapport and trust with clients to convert them into paying customers.
Maintain
accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system.
Follow up
with interested leads consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Handle
objections or complaints professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify
opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant programs.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth client onboarding.
Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Go the “extra mile” to achieve individual and team sales targets.
