Job Description

  1. To Support Users for IT related issues over phone or Portal
  2. To Connect with users over phone to understand the actual issue.
  3. Try to resolve the issue with remote technical support.
  4. To raise a ticket and to assign to specific location , if problem does not get resolve remotely.
  5. To track the status of the ticket till closure.
  6. Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shift as operation is 24*7 (Not Applicable to Female Candidates)

Basic Requirement for all above profiles.

  1. Minimum Education : Graduation or 12 + Diploma
  2. Candidate must have good voice and mail communication.
  3. Basic Knowledge of computer H/w and Networking
  4. Basic Knowledge of ITIL Process (e.g. SLAs , Ticketing Tools, Service Request, Incident, IMAC etc.)
