Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
Calculate salaries, incentives, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
Generate payroll reports, salary slips, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support payroll audits and statutory filings.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
