Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
• Calculate salaries, incentives, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
• Generate payroll reports, salary slips, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support payroll audits and statutory filings.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
