Technical Skills :
Active directory / DHCP / DNS / Exchange Server / Trouble shooting/Command for IP Adress/RAM/ROM/Networking - LAN/VAN/WAN/Configuration /Versions of Windows MS/ Office 365 /Control panel/ internet setting/Active directory/Hardware /installation
- Migration of user workstations from windows 7,Windows 8 to windows 10
- Migration of user mailboxes from Exchange AD to O365
- Managing Active Directory accounts involves creating, modifying and deleting users, groups , computers or contacts
- Creation and Deletion of user accounts
- Monitoring Symantec Antivirus console, Configuring and maintaining Symantec Endpoint protection and Symantec DLP for all the systems.
- Imaging OS through the SCCM console
- On boarding applications to the users through active directory console
Primary Skill Required :
Strong Technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Server Hardware
Hands on experience with Active Directory DNS DHCP File servers and FTP Servers
Manage and Monitor Servers Hardware and application services using SolarWinds or any other monitoring tool
Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L 2 team
Analyze Change Request
Roles :

Handle technical support questions via our ticketing system.

Help customers set up their website Help transfer customer accounts from other providers.

Help customers with script and software upgrades Help and repair infected and compromised accounts.

Handle server monitoring tickets and repair systems in
-
event of failures. Help build and configure new servers

Prepare requests for rollout

Prioritize change requests

Create rollout plans for changes requests

Coordinate implementation process

Keep track of request and make sure they are implemented as planned

Participate in incident handling concerning technical issues / server issues through chat support

Microsoft environment knowledge (Server).

Have some level of technical understanding of the products building up a desktop service

Domain, Hosting management, Server Management- disk space, server usage management, backups, configuration, renewals, L1 Tech support

Installation of Web panels - WHM/WHMCS, Cpanel, Plesk

Basic Troubleshooting,Monitoring, Backup

Doing Email configuration-Outlook, Zoho and GSuite
