We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing office supplies, assisting in documentation, and coordinating with different departments.

An office assistant is a professional who helps the office run smoothly by performing clerical and administrative tasks. They may also be called administrative assistants. 
Responsibilities 
  • Clerical tasks: Sort and send mail, maintain files, order office supplies, and manage inventory
  • Communication: Answer phones, take and deliver messages, and welcome visitors
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings and send meeting invites
  • Coordination: Coordinate office activities and support staff with daily tasks
  • Organization: Manage correspondence and organize files
  • Travel: Book and arrange travel and transport

Technical & Soft Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
