Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive - Front Office
Job Specification:
- 1-3 years of experience preferable from Hospitality sector
- Graduate with good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge - Internet / E-mailing
Job Description:
- Politely receive the patient query and generate bills & give token for the running OP
- Handle front desk, including telecalls, bill generation (Registration Fee/ Consultation- New or Review/ Diagnostics/ OP Procedures) & cash collection
- Coordinate appointments & re-scheduling
- Maintain summaries & certificates of OP patients(out station)/ referrals
- Handling irate patients and resolving their grievances and escalate to higher levels if & when necessary.
- Pacify patients when there is delay in OP
- Escort patients to various departments if necessary
