Job Description
- Set strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance revenue and customer service performance.
- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the departmental managers in implementing business plan and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
- Maintains hotel standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
- Develops accurate long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company’s mission statement.
- Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.
- Optimize revenues and manage costs, driving on Business goals and brand awareness, great team player, motivator and natural leader
- Re-structured the H.R. policies of the hotel to bring uniformity in the system.
- Draft packages & proposed various marketing plans to introduce the hotel with new vigor.
- Monitors the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports.
- organized the hierarchy to build up a strong structure and strengthen the working system.
- Streamlined the entire operations of the hotel by introducing new job descriptions and specifications for all departments.
- Being the one point of contact for the guest right from the arrival of the guest till his/her departure.
- Fulfilling all the conference or event needs of the guest without any delay.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Hotel.
- Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas.
- Train employees on proper use of equipment. Demonstrate team, building experience.
- Track record of promotion , an atmosphere of teamwork, build moral and spirit of employees.
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost hotel reputation.
- To ensure the maximize service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits.
- Address problems and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
- Creating positive working environment for hotel staff.
- Making sure all hotel fixtrures and fitting are in a safe condition to be used.
- Responsible for direct selling and marketing the Hotel facalities.
- Manitain service standards by effective recruitment, training and organizationof service staff.
- Creating innovative marketing strategies to further business interest.
- Ensuring profitability of operations and supervising all aspectsof F&B , Front and back office operations, Housekeeping,Engineering, store
- & receiving to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards
